President Obama Announces the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget

Well the budget is out from the White House.....will the GOP let it pass? Or do they need a WHITE president before they do anything? Could it be that this group of Congresspeople are bigots? Hard to believe in this day and time with the diversity of the old white men that are the majority of the population in the Chambers? Oh did I say diversity? I guess the token this and that that have been allowed to sit in congress......is the better description! And of course the obligatory second.
